Strictly Non-Refundable once session preparation or consultation begins.
Reports cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including wrong birth data provided by User.
2. Prashna, Ritual & Energisation Services
Non-refundable once initiated.
No cancellation of energisation-based products.
3. Products
3.1 Ritual/Energised Items
Cannot be cancelled once ritual begins.
No return allowed except in case of physical transit damage.
3.2 Damaged Products
Replacement only if reported within 48 hours with valid proof.
No refunds.
3.3 Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
No refund; User must pay re-shipping charges.
4. Double Payments
If two payments were accidentally made, one will be refunded after proof of same is established by the payee (the onus of same lies upon the payee.)
5. No Guarantee Clause
Refunds will not be issued based on:
Dissatisfaction with interpretations
Non-occurrence of predicted results
Delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure
6. Governing Law
All refund-related disputes fall under the courts of Delhi.
